A melancholy presentation.

--On the last day of the last month, the last diplomatic representative of the last Bourbon ruler of Naples was formally presented to Queen Victoria at Windsor Castle! Count Ludolph, the functionary in question, must have had rather a good time in being presented to the British Queen by the Minister who had just been acting as a coroner on the death of the ambassador's government! This is the farce after the tragedy.
