From Texas.

New Orleans, Jan. 29.
--Dates from Austin, Texas, to the 22d, say the Legislature met that day. The Governor's Message was read, in favor of calling a Convention. Both Houses repealed the Kansas resolutions passed by the Legislature in 1858. The House passed a Senate bill authorizing the Comptroller to proceed to Washington to collect what is due to Texas.

A resolution was unanimously passed declaring that the Federal Government has no power to coerce a State after she has seceded. The Senate passed the same resolution unanimously.

The Legislature favors immediate secession by three to one.
