Music and Mirth.

--Duprez & Green's Minstrels will give the second of a series of entertainments at Metropolitan Hall to-night. From notices published in the journals of Southern cities, we are led to the conclusion that they stand A No. 1 in the burnt-cork profession, and as our people want something gay and enlivening in the way of amusement, we presume they will be greeted by a full house. If they avoid everything that is vulgar and indecent in Ethiopian minstrelsy, their performances here will be crowned with success. It is too often the case that comic actors and singers regard it as their highest glory to interlard their parts with most offensive expressions, but we do not anticipate anything of this sort in the performance to-night.
