Secession Flag.

--A number of the friends of "Prompt action," living in Henrico, have indicated their idea of what Virginia should do in the present state of affairs, by raising a large flag on the new central road, about three miles below the city. The banner is of blue bunting, and has fifteen white stars in one corner, and as an inscription, "the South." The pole to which it is attached is about 80 feet in height.
