We are informed that there is a perfect revolution of opinion in Fredericksburg, Petersburg, Lynchburg, and, in fact, all over Eastern Virginia, since Lincoln's policy has become apparent. The instinct of self-preservation is stronger than the wiles of politicians, and Old Virginia will never, never be tied down to the footstool of this Abolition Administration.
