The Petersburg Express. of yesterday, says that Van Riker, who was recently driven from that place, on account of his expressing abolition sentiments, has "settled down in Richmond." We hope he will keep on "setling," till the police take cognizance of the unfortunate "mynheer," when he will be voted one of the dregs of society, and properly cared for.
