The Junior volunteers.

--This admirable company drilled on the Capitol Square a few evenings ago, and created quite a sensation by the steady and skillful manner in which they went through the manual of arms and various company evolutions. They are as fine a set of young fellows as can be found anywhere. In bearing and in gentlemanly appearance they are unsurpassed, and like a young bud opening into bloom, they promise a brilliant future. Their esprit du corps is of the highest order, and, like Old Virginia, they never tire in efforts to attain honorable distinction.

To-day they will drill on the Square at 3½ o'clock, and we guarantee that they will exhibit a military proficiency which some of the adult companies cannot excel.
