Owner wanted.

--The police captured the other day a suspicious-looking darkey, who had in his possession a fine blue pilot-cloth overcoat, the sleeves lined with red silk and the body with black serge. In one of the pockets a pair of buckskin gloves were found. The owner, whoever he is, had been riding a bay horse, as hairs from a horse of that description were found in the skirt of the coat, which was also spattered with mud in some places. The coat will be detained till the owner calls for it.
