Additional Market wanted.

--The people residing in the upper section of the city complain of the grievance inflicted on them, in being compelled to walk so far for their daily necessaries, and have expressed an intention of soliciting the new Council, in a most vigorous and determined manner, to make an appropriation for building one near the upper end of Broad street. The policy of either enlarging the 2nd Market, or building the structure spoken of, has been long in abeyance, but nothing definite has resulted from the cogitations of citizens or city fathers as yet.
