Conviction.

--In Washington, on Saturday, the case of Foley, an U. S. soldier, charged with the murder of a fellow-soldier named Murphy, was given to the jury, and they returned with a verdict of guilty as indicted.--The prisoner, who had maintained a bold demeanor up to this time, turned deathly pale, and seemed quite unmanned by the verdict.
