Inquest.

--We were in error in stating that the negro found in the river a few days ago, and over hom one of the County Coroners held an inquest, was Harry Randolph, slave of Mrs. Jane A. Griffin; the negro over whom the inquest was held, was minus right arm and leg, and the stumps presented the appearance of having been operated on by a surgeon. The statement of this fact may lead to the identification of the body. The boy of Mrs. Griffin was, however, drowned as stated; his body having been picked up Sunday, at Tatum's Bar in James River, three miles below this city. An inquest was held over it yesterday.
