Position of Canada.

Toronto, May 1.
--The Leader (the Government organ) fears that Canada may become involved in the United States difficulties, and advises an armed neutrality. It also suggests that the Canadian Government represent to the Imperial authorities the expediency of sending six or eight regiments of the line for the protection of the frontier.
