Percussion caps.

--The Abolitionists at the North are howling like demons at the prospect of the Southern soldiery running short of percussion caps. Their tender solicitude on the subject will undergo a change when we inform them that we were shown, yesterday, a very fine specimen of the article in question, manufactured in Raleigh, N. C. They can be turned out in any quantity. Never fear but that we will not find means to discharge our guns.
