Seceding wives.

--The Norfolk correspondent of the Petersburg Express writes:

Mrs. Commodore Pendergrass, who is a Southern lady, is still in Norfolk. She refuses to join her husband at the fort — says she will never live with him again, and it is reported that she will apply for a divorce. The wife of another reprobate who is at the fort, is in Norfolk, and has a pistol loaded, with which she says she intends shooting her liege lord upon sight.
