Assassination of an American in Japan.

--A copy of a Hong Kong paper has been received in New Orleans, in which it is stated that the Japanese are assassinating all the foreigners in the country that they can catch, the latest victim being Mr. Hueskin, the American Secretary of Legation and Interpreter. The English, French and Dutch Ministers have hauled down their flags and left Jeddo for a place of safety.
