Fatal affairs in Georgia.

--An altercation occurred on the 6th inst., at Dalton, Ga, between Jesse A. Glenn, a young attorney, and Dr. Moffit, which resulted in the death of the latter by a pistol shot in the hands of the former. The difficulty originated about which of the two gentlemen should vote a drunken floater. In Dahlonega, Ga., on the 4th instant, Gen. Riley, member of the Georgia Senate, from Lumpkin county, was fired upon by a man named Davis, while sitting at his own fireside, and mortally wounded.
