Dead.

--Hon. Wm. A. Palmer died a few days since at Danville, Vt., at an advanced age. From 1818 to 1825 Mr. Palmer was U. S. Senator. In 1831 he was elected Governor of Vermont, and continued to occupy the Executive chair until 1835.
