Nearly ready for service.

--Trinity Church, now being erected, will be so far completed by the middle of January as to be ready for use. The workmen are now engaged in finishing the basement story, in which the congregation will worship as soon as that room is finished. A petition is now before the City Council asking that body for the use of city gas; but because of the fact that the Church is beyond the corporation line, many of the members do not seem to be willing to grant the prayer of the petitioners.
