The markets are dull, and industry and commerce generally continue to be affected by the disturbed condition of the country.
We have little change to make in quotations.
Money is scarce; but there are no failures.
People maintain their credit with unexampled success, in view of the general check to trade and the depression of enterprise.
There is no daylight yet perceptible through the gloom.
