Arrests.

--John T. Scott was arrested yesterday evening for ‘"stealing"’ a three dollar shirt from A. Moses. An examination before Alderman Sanxay revealed the fact that he did nothing of the kind, and the magistrate released him. John Delaney, a native of Pennsylvania, arrested at Manassas Junction as a suspicious character, was brought down on the Central Railroad and lodged in the cage. Delaney was caught loitering around the Confederate camp, with, as it was thought, no good motive. Hence his arrest.
