"Another want of the Rebels."

Under this head the N. Y. Times has an article declaring that the rebels have no powder of a quality fit for improved arms. It is good enough though to kill Yankees with, as every engagement since the beginning of the war has testified. We submit that the Federalists have a much more serious want — that of men --for the things they call such, with improved arms and the best powder, have not been able to kill a baker's dozen of the rebels since the war commenced.
