Publishing in Richmond.

--The brief article in yesterday's Dispatch under this head did not go as far as it should have gone in the awarding of credit for publishing enterprise in this city. The Testament spoken of is to be published by J. W. Randolph. He has already disposed of 25,000 copies to the Baptist and other churches. The book will not be ready for some time yet, owing to the difficulty of getting paper. It can be gotten, however, and the work will be expedited as much as possible. To Mr. R. will belong the credit of being the first publisher South of Mason and Dixon's line to print the Testament.
