the service of the Virginia & Tennessee Railroad Company, in June last, a slave named Abraham. He is about 35 years of age, 6 feet high, and of a dark brown color, usually wears a handkerchief on his head and has a scar on his forehead or face. Abraham belongs to Capt. John Buford, of Bedford county, and it is supposed that he is now about Richmond, or at one of the volunteer encampments. A liberal reward will be paid for him. E. H. Gill, Gen'l Sup't Va., & Tenn.
