The arrest in Boston.

--A few days since we announced the arrest, in Boston, of Mr. John Williams, a citizen of Norfolk, Virginia. We are informed that he left home about a month ago, for the purpose of taking his child from Baltimore. What induced him to go to Boston we are unable to say; but whether business or pleasure, he is now paying the penalty of his rashness. His wife is in Norfolk, and much distressed in consequence of his situation. For a Southern man to visit the Iniquitous city of Boston, in times like the present, is equivalent to offering one's crisis to be encircled with a pair of Yankee bracelets.
