Pardoned.

--Lorenzo W. Frazler, who was convicted several months since before Judge Lyons of an unlawful appropriation of the goods and chattels of John W. Davis, and who was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the city jail for the offence, was yesterday pardoned out by Gov. Letcher. We are informed of this fact by Andrew Jenkins, Esq., Deputy Clerk of the Hustings Court.
