The harvest in French.

--The harvest which is being made up during the present fine weather will be brought home dry, which is a great point gained. If the weather favors for ten days longer, the wheat harvest will be completely finished throughout France. Previous accounts of deficient crops are in general confirmed, but it is added that the harvest in Loraine will be good, both as regards quantity and quality. No positive information is received with respect to the wheat crop in the Northern departments. It would consequently be premature to pronounce a decided opinion on the produce of the present harvest. There is no doubt, however, that the wheat crop will be deficient to the extent of compelling the French people to demand a supply from foreign countries--European Times.
