Col. Willey indicted.

--The ‘"grand jury of the United States Court,"’ at Wheeling, Va. have indicted Col. Wm. J. Willey charged with burning bridges on the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, for treason. Col. Willey is a half-brother of Waitman T. Willey, who holds a seat in the Federal Senate under the bogus Government. He was taken prisoner of war at Philadelphia, at the time Col. Porterfiled's command was surprised by a party of Hessians, and was unable to escaped in consequence of enfeebled health. The men into whose hands he has fallen will probably treat him with severity; and as he acted, while in the service, under command of his superior officer, his case is one that should be looked after by the Confederate Government--Among the parties indicted at Clarksburg are two country justices and five members of the Virginia Legislature.
