A sporting man named Matcus Cicero Stanley was arrested in New York on Wednesday night, by the order of Secretary Seward, on a charge of treason. He was sent to Fort Lafayatte.

Mr. Scott Jones, a member of Col. Ashby's cavalry, was shot on Monday week, says the Charlestown (Va.) Free Press, by one of the Federal plunderers at Harper's Ferry. He will recover.
