--A dispatch yesterday from Clarksburg says Judge Munroe and son, and McKee and Haldeman, of the Louisville Courier, had arrived there, as refugees from Louisville. Breckinridge, Clay, Preston, and other distinguished Kentuckians, had also escaped.
