--We again caution everybody against receiving or having anything to do with the worthless shinplasters issued by individuals in this community. The evil is on the increase, and barbers, grocers, newspaper pedlars, and barkeepers have suddenly appeared before an astonished public as the ‘"responsible"’ heads of ‘"banking concerns. "’ Doubtless the next Grand Jury will pay due attention to these violators of law, and meanwhile every good citizen should do his best towards stopping the circulation of the paper.
