Arrival of Southerners.

--The Norfolk Day Book, of yesterday, says:

‘ A flag of truce came up from Old Point yesterday afternoon, bringing the family of Senator Moreland, of Florida, Mr. Moreland's family have been for some time past in Washington City. Their servant returned with them, and was permitted to do so on account of the feebleness of Mrs. Moreland, who stood in need of her services.

Two of the four prisoners which have been confined at the Rip-Raps for some months past, have been released on parole.

One of them, Mr. Collins, came up to this city in the flag of truce steamer yesterday; the other, Mr. Merriam, remained at the Point for the purpose of settling up a business in which he had formerly been engaged.
