A Disagreeable tenant.

--The everlasting broil between Ann O'Riley and Michael Leany was again brought to the Mayor's notice yesterday. Mr. Leany complains that Mrs. O'Riley has domiciled herself and children in his tenement, and refuses to be ejected; and not only this, but she threatens to beat him and set fire to the house. The Mayor declined to give him any aid and comfort in the matter of getting rid of the tenant, since that does not appertain to the duties of his office; but admonished Mrs. O'Riley upon the impropriety of her conduct, which he thought might be improved by placing her under bonds to keep the peace.
