Another reported Rattle

--An Abolition Action--A correspondent of the Louisville Journal writing from Newberry, Wayne co, Esq. Sept. 6, says:

‘ On Monday a company of eighty or one hundred, from the rebel camps of Tennessee, by a few citizens of the county, rushed into Albany, (more than one-half of the citizens being out of town,) seized on about twenty guns and ammunition belonging to the Home Guard, cutting down their flag and committing other depredations; went to a in the county, took some guns, powder, and tea, and what else they pleased, and It is reported to-day that there are eight hundred Tennesseeans encamped with in ex-miles of Albany, and it is thought their forces will be augmented to two or three in a day or two. The citizens are all leaving Albany. Great excitement pre- in the county. Fearing an attack would made on Monticello, the Home Guard of the county met at Monticello on Tuesday, and are guarding the place. They made an arrangement to go into camp near that place, lavishing the Home Guards of the adjoining counties to join them.
