A duel occurred in New Orleans, on Wednesday last, between two white women, in which one of the combatants was severely injured. They fought with bowle-knives.

Cheap.--A letter from Iowa says, eggs are selling there at one cent a dozen, and corn at fifteen cents a bushel; apples twenty-five to thirty cents per bushel; flour two dollars per hundred pounds.

Dr. Moses Worthington, Capt. of the "Fort Browden Roughs," of Barbour county, Ga., died at Augusta on Saturday morning last.
