A New paper in Alexandria.

--A new paper, called the Local News, has appeared in Alexandria, Virginia. It is published by E. Snowden, Jr., and W. F. Crane. They say in their salutatory, that the enterprise will be continued until the resumption of the regular mails, free intercommunication among the inhabitants of the surrounding country, and of ordinary business, when the re-issue of the Alexandria Gazette will answer every public need.
