--Charles B. R. Koburg, the crazy German, arrested a few days ago as a suspicious character, and begged the Mayor to send him to Cincinnati, in Chains, was discharged from custody yesterday. The unfortunate man was apparently at a loss to know what to do with himself when set at liberty, and paced up and down the halls of the courthouse, uttering all sorts of incoherent expressions.
