The ‘"Plan for the reorganization of the Virginia Forces."’

We published a few days ago a plan for the reorganization of the Virginia forces, said to have been drawn up by a distinguished officer of the army, which was referred to the Military Committee of the State Senate. We have since received a large number of communications from various camps, expressing the most emphatic disapprobation of the plan proposed, and in some instances indulging in criticisms of no very mild character. The Committee on Saturday last were discharged from 4ts further consideration at their own request, thus rendering the publication of any of the letters unnecessary. They indicate that the adoption of compulsory measures respecting re-enlistments, by the Legislature, would have a rumours effect.
