From Norfolk.

[special Dispatch to the Richmond Dispatch.]
Norfolk, Jan. 14.
--The ships which arrived in Hampton Roads yesterday proved to be the remainder of the Burnside fleet, and are probably preparing to join those which sailed previously. The fleet did not return, but the presence of so many ships gave rise to the report. All since have sailed.

A large ship arrived in the Roads this evening, supposed to be the Pensacola.

There has been a heavy storm here since morning — snow and sleet and high winds
