Military Orders.

--Captain A. C. Godwin has been appointed Provost Marshal for Richmond and a circuit of ten miles around it.--The Passport Office is placed under his charge, and continued at its present location, on Ninth street. Distilling, selling, or giving away liquor, is absolutely prohibited. Arms, such as swords, bayonets, rifles, double-barreled shot guns, and pistols of such size as may be used in the field, must be delivered to Colonel Dimmock, at the State Arsenal in this city, to-day, (March 5,) or they will be seized. Payment will be made for private arms delivered up or taken for the public use.
