Voting on the New Constitution.

--The polls at the several voting precincts will be opened at 9 o'clock this morning, and closed at sundown. Those who neglect to vote to-day will have lost their chance of doing so. But few votes were cast yesterday. In Jefferson Ward two day's polling summed up sixty votes. In the other two wards the citizens evinced a like indifference.
