Movements of Federal vessels.

Norfolk, March 21.
--Nineteen large transport steamers and sailing ships came in the Roads yesterday. The most of them left this morning. It is supposed they were loaded with troops.

The St. Lawrence is at anchor in the Roads, near the Minnesota. The old Brandywine, on which the Union gun was placed, was not seen from the shore yesterday.

coverall Federal ship went up to Newport News. It is supposed they landed troops there, and then departed.
