Second Company of Howitzers.

--The recruiting station of this company, well known heretofore as "Brown's battery," is at the St. Charles Hotel. They desire to recruit men for the company to act as soldiers. They desire also to recruit men as drivers, distinct and apart from the soldier's department. Of this latter class they want twenty-five, good and experienced drivers. The pay will be sixteen dollars a month, to be made up by the company. This is a most tempting offer to any man who is a good driver, and understands the management of horses. All such had best call at the St. Charles.
