Arrived.

--Thirty-one of the crew of the Congress, or Cumberland, including two officers, captured by the Confederate iron steamer Virginia, in the recent naval engagement in Hampton Roads, arrived in this city, from Norfolk, about 8 o'clock last evening, under guard.
