Want--
I am authorized by the Governor of Virginia to enlist companies from the Militia, not mustered in the confederate service, nor under marching orders, to complete the 20th Regiment Virginia Volunteers, now in the Confederate service.--The usual country of $50 will be paid to the men. Officers declining to raise companies, or having companies already enlisted but not in any regiment, can correspond with the undersigned at Richmond, Va.
