--The Mayor, yesterday, lined John Ronavita $5 for employing his wagon without a license, Wm. N. Tinsley, $5, for a similar fire of his dray, and Minnie & Co., $5, for using their wagon without a license. Edward Cunningham and Nicholas Luiz were also fined $5 for getting drunk and urging their respective steads through Main street at a greater rate of speed than is prescribed in the ordinance, or consistent with the safety of foot passengers.
