Prisoners.

The late successes of the Confederate arms in Arizona and at Corinth much have given a balance again in prisoners in favor of the South. From the experience we have had of Yankee good faith, we shall know hereafter how to proceed in the exchange of prisoners. Such a trail as fidelity in keeping engagements is regarded by the enemy as anything but a virtue. Their word is not to be trusted in anything, as they have taken the utmost pains to prove every day since the commencement of the war.
