A black Swan Disposed of

--Mary Swan, a colored female from Goochland, was carried before the Mayor yesterday for remaining in Richmond contrary is law. The career of this Swan was not so brilliant as her colored prototype the famous "Black Swan." She was ordered back to the place whence she came with a cking to enforce compliance. The watch found in her possession and supposed to have been stolen, proving to be of little value, and being satisfactory accounted for, was delivered to her. Mary Swan is only one of a numerous class who seek Richmond as a place where living is to be had without any exertion
