A Jury was sworn in the Hustings Court yesterday, to try J. Archer Worsham and F. H. D. Allen, for allowing unlawful gaming on the premises under their control. They were severally, fined $500, and the amount being paid to the Sergeant in Court, the prosecution stopped.
