Death of Capt. Shands.

--Captain B. A. Shands, or Harrisonburg, was accidentally killed at Mauck's Mill, on the Shenandoah in river, in Rockingham county, Va., on the 29th April. He was killed by one of his own men, whose gun was accidentally discharged. Captain Shands was in the act of making a patriotic address to his men when he was killed.
