Another Virginian at Shiloh.

--Chas. Preston Chandler, grandson of Rev. H. Keeling, of this city, a youth of eighteen, lost his left eye in the battle of Shiloh, and now writes to his mother, in this city, that he is about to return to the army, having nearly recovered; that he can shoot with one eye as well as he could with both. There is in possession of his mother a letter from Gen. Hardee, in his own hand-writing, complimenting the brave youth for his gallant conduct on that memorable battle field. Such is the spirit of our Southern boys.
